Cards sensei insures you for the return of your orders via Secursus. We advise you to use Secursus to insure your cards for postage to our premises via this link.

We ensure your cards at our expense from their arrival at our premises and until they are delivered to your home, up to a maximum of 4000 euros. Beyond this limit, you must ensure your cards at your own expense.
You can find our prices in the price list according to your chosen package. We strongly advise you to declare the real value of your cards to avoid any inconvenience.

Discretion
Nothing on the packaging or label should reveal the nature or value of your item.
Beware of wordings that may inadvertently express a reference to the contents of your package. Prominent words that directly relate to valuables are strictly prohibited.
Photos and damaged packages
Before shipping, always take some photos of your item and its packaging with a visible label.
If your package arrives damaged, we strongly encourage you to refuse the package or write clear reservations on the delivery note explaining what is damaged. If this is not possible, contact us as soon as possible.
We will send the recipient an e-mail explaining the procedure to follow. Please include the recipient's email address when signing up for insurance.
Finally, do not throw away damaged packages or boxes because photos will be requested when filing your claim.
Accepted carriers and shipping options
Secursus only covers direct shipments delivered with signature. All carriers offering signed delivery are accepted.
Your shipment must not be sent from relay points (grocery stores, supermarkets, etc.) or virtual addresses.
It must be collected by the carrier or deposited in an official store of the carrier.
Secursus insurance is effective for 14 days from the dispatch of the package. Please make sure you choose a fast shipping method to be delivered on time.
If your shipment does not arrive within 14 days, you can simply file a claim from your dashboard.
When to take out insurance and what to do in the event of a problem?
You must ensure your package no later than the day of shipment. For example, if you ship your package in the morning, you can ensure it by 11:59 p.m. the same day.
You can of course insure it earlier, as long as you have the tracking number.
All insurance orders are automatically approved, so you don't have to worry about shipping the package before you insure it with us.
Here is the procedure in the event of a problem during the shipment:
- Contact your carrier and submit a written complaint
- Open a complaint from your Secursus dashboard as soon as possible (maximum 14 days)
In case of damage, write reservations on the delivery note or refuse the package.
Our claims tracking platform allows you to submit all required documents.
Shipping Label
- Proof of the value of the insured item (retail/purchase invoice or proof of sale between 2 individuals)
- Photos of the item and its packaging
- Copy of the claim made to the carrier
- Certificate of loss provided by the carrier
- In case of damage, a copy of the reservations made on the delivery note
- In case of theft, a copy of the complaint to the police
The process is very simple: register, add a payment card and click on “insure a package”
You will need the tracking number to insure your package. If you don't have it yet, you can purchase the insurance on the same day of shipment until 11:59 p.m.
