Terms of delivery

The method of delivery used by Cards Sensei is the method from EMS.
Delivery times generally vary between 5 to 8 working days depending on the country and on working postal days.
Each parcel is traceable through the tracking number provided.

Rules to be followed imperatively by the client before submitting cards.

  1. The customer agrees to send only cards that have not been modified or falsified in a clearly visible manner (false card, colorization, improvement of contours, etc.) in this case, the card will not be graded and the return would be at the customer's expense.
  2. The customer agrees to pay the full amount due at the time of submission. In the event of withdrawal by the customer before receipt of the cards by Cards Sensei, the return of the cards will be at the customer's expense. If our team has already received the cards,
    reimbursement is no longer possible

  4. The customer must ensure that all the information he has provided is correct and complete so that we can contact you or avoid any problem with the carrier.
  5. The client must estimate their cards at their fair value within a reasonable range regarding market prices. Of course, we are well aware that the market is constantly changing but we advise you to pay particular attention to this point because in the event of a problem
    the insurance will take into account the values you have entered.
  6. The customer must be aware that there may be a risk of loss or damage before the arrival of your cards on our premises, we advise you to take out insurance. Cards Sensei does not reimburse losses generated by carriers.
  7. The customer must protect their cards well before posting them to reduce the risk of damage during the journey. We advise you to prepare your packets in a rigid box and place your cards in a sleeve and at least one topload.
  8. We have the right to refuse to process certain requests if certain points listed above have not been respected.

At the time of receipt

  1. The customer is responsible for checking the condition of the goods within 7 days of receipt to request any compensation in the event of a problem.
  2.  The customer undertakes to return any object containing a possible error (name, numbering, etc.) at the company's expense.
  3. The customer cannot contest a notation? Grade? that does not suit him because each card is rigorously studied upstream by our professionals.

Right of withdrawal

You cannot cancel your order after the receipt of your cards by Cards Sensei however, you can cancel your order before reception at our premises, but the transport costs will be your responsibility.
